Reme terms of service
Last updated: 30 September 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Reme. By creating an account you accept them. Please read them together with our privacy policy.
Who we are
Reme (remeai.co.uk) is provided from the United Kingdom. In these terms "we" and "us" means Reme. You can reach us at privacy@remeai.co.uk.
Who can use Reme
Reme is for businesses. You must be 18 or over, and you must use Reme for your trade, business or profession. You are not using it as a consumer. If you sign up on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for it.
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
What Reme does
Reme gives your business an AI assistant, the Chief of Staff, that you talk to in a chat. You tell it facts about your business, such as your name, phone number, email, opening hours, service area and prices. It keeps them, answers your questions and can set reminders.
Reme also has an AI Developer. It builds a website for your business from those facts. You get a preview of each version. When you approve a version, Reme publishes it at an address of the form yourname.remeai.co.uk.
Reme is at an early stage. We will change and add features, and some may be removed.
AI-made content is yours to check
The assistant and the Developer are AI models. They can make mistakes. They can misread what you said, leave something out, or write something that is not true.
You are responsible for:
- the accuracy of the facts you give Reme, and keeping them up to date
- reviewing each preview before you approve it
- what your website says once you approve it, including prices, claims about your services and any legal notices your business must show
Nothing the Developer builds goes live until you approve it. Approving a version is your decision to publish it. If you find a mistake on your live site, tell the assistant or contact us, and correct it.
Preview links work for 24 hours. Anyone who has a preview link can open it during that time, so share it only with people you trust.
Acceptable use
You must not use Reme to:
- publish anything unlawful, false or misleading, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's rights, such as their copyright or trade mark
- pretend to be another business or person
- publish other people's personal data without a lawful reason
- promote goods or services that are illegal in the UK
- send malware, or try to break into, overload or probe Reme or any account that is not yours
- get round the limits we set, such as on sign-in attempts or AI use
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer Reme, or use it to build a competing product
- try to make the AI produce content that breaks these rules
We may remove content or take a site offline if it breaks these rules. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
Your content
Your content means the facts you give, your messages in the chat, and the words and details on your website that come from them. You own your content. You confirm you have the right to give it to us.
You give us a non-exclusive licence to store, copy, process and display your content to provide Reme to you. This includes sending it to the AI model providers named in our privacy policy, and publishing your approved website on the internet. The licence ends when your content is erased after you delete your account, except for copies we must keep by law.
The website template, design components, code and the Reme software remain ours. While your account is open, you may use them as part of the website Reme publishes for you.
Your website and its address
We choose the web address from your business name when you sign up. The address is a subdomain of remeai.co.uk. We own that domain, and the address stays ours. You can use it while your account is open. We may change or withdraw an address if it is misleading, infringes someone's rights, or is needed for the service to work. We will tell you first where we can.
Your website is public once published. You are responsible for any personal data it shows, such as your own contact details.
Fees
Reme is free at present. We may start charging, or change what is free. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any charge applies to you. You will not pay anything unless you agree to it. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before the charge starts.
Availability
We do not promise that Reme or your website will always be available, or free of faults. We may need to pause parts of it to fix problems or make changes. We will try to keep interruptions short. We do not guarantee that data will never be lost, so keep your own record of anything important.
Our liability to you
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit or exclude.
Subject to that:
- We are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts, goodwill or anticipated savings, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
- We are not liable for loss caused by content you approved for publication, or by facts you gave us that were wrong.
- Our total liability to you for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in that period and £100.
Reme is provided as it is. We exclude all terms implied by law about its quality or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.
Your responsibility to us
If someone makes a claim against us because of content you gave us or approved, or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim.
Suspension and ending your account
You can leave at any time. Use Delete account on the Account page. This takes your website offline at once, ends your access and deletes your sign-in. Our privacy policy explains what happens to the rest of your data and when it is erased.
We can suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if we must by law, or if your use puts Reme or other users at risk. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put things right. We can also stop providing Reme to everyone with at least 30 days' notice.
When your account ends, your website goes offline and your right to use Reme stops. The sections on your content, liability, your responsibility to us, and governing law still apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before a change that affects you takes effect, unless the change is needed sooner for legal or security reasons. If you keep using Reme after that, you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, you can delete your account.
General
These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about Reme. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer these terms to anyone else without our written agreement. We may transfer them to a business that takes over Reme, and we will tell you if we do. Nobody else has any right to enforce these terms.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute about them, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
